Refund policy
Refunds will only be given in the instance that a tuber arrives to you rotten or broken beyond repair. Videos, photos, and communication will be needed from you before making any refunds or returns.
In some instances, if it your opinion that a neck is broken or a tuber is too soft, you will need to return the tubers at your expense to receive your refund.
We have limited stock so it may not be possible to send another tuber out. We will also offer credits or gift cards for next season in some instances or based on your preference.
