Shipping policy

Shipping:

All products are for Spring shipping and will have an active and growing eye. All tubers will be shipped out within a the next two weeks. We do not ship to PO Boxes due to the delays that can be made in pickup times. You are responsible for taking your package in your home when it arrives and unpacking in a timely manner. Any products that arrive damaged or delayed due to USPS, you must file a complaint with USPS. We cannot be responsible for the practices of the USPS or what happens after the package leaves us. 

PLEASE, Know and understand how to store tubers if you want to keep them asleep. This is not easy and not for beginner growers. Storage once it reaches you will be YOUR responsibility. You have 72 hours to let us know if your tubers rotted or were damaged during transport. After that, they are your responsibility.

Winter Shipping - Requires a Heat Pack - $5.00 is automatically added to your shipping costs. If you would like an additional heat pack please add it to your basket and pay for it upon checkout.
